Keeping Busy

I started a book cover design project to keep myself busy during the pandemic. Here are a few of my favorite designs.

For both of these covers I combined my original art with a real book and then created a digital mock-up using a free template.

Beauty in Everything

 There is beauty everywhere, you just have to be open to the idea that beauty has different meanings. This photo, with the exception of straightening it a little, is right out of the camera.

What You See

This is what you see when people talk about their lives and post things on social media. 

This is the reality, everything’s just a little messy for everyone even though it doesn’t look that way on the surface.

And the bigger picture: everyone works really hard to put a little polish on what their lives are like. 

The moral of the story, everyone is doing the best they can.
